We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager who will also take on project management responsibilities within our F&B establishment. If you have a passion for the F&B industry, a drive for innovation, and the ability to manage projects effectively, we want to hear from you. You will play an important role as per below: Manage day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring a delightful customer experience. Lead a team of dedicated cafe staff, providing guidance and support. Handle budget management, cost control, and resource allocation. Initiate and drive various cafe improvement projects as our dedicated Project Manager. Administer project-related tasks such as quotation preparation and approval requests, showcasing your project management skills. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met through your effective project coordination abilities. Execute tasks assigned by the management team diligently and efficiently. To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in café / restaurant management. Proven track record of successful project management within the F&B industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial acumen for budget management. Familiarity with project administration processes.
