Senior Facilities Executive

Measure tenant satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvements to enhance the overall tenant experience. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety standards. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of physical assets and ensure efficient management and utilization of these assets. Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions and ensure business continuity. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments, and liaise with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and tenants for smooth operations. Engage with local authorities, including MPK, TNB, Syabas, Bomba, Pejabat Tanah, and OSHA, to ensure compliance with regulations and timely resolutions of any facility-related issues. Coordinate daily operations with the outsourced building management team to ensure efficient facility functioning. Attend and manage tenant fit-out requirements and facilities-related meetings to address concerns and provide solutions. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to meet business objectives.
