Responsibility & Authority 1.1. Responsible for all employees’ recruitment, training, discipline, welfare and relating activities 1.2. Responsible for all foreign workers recruitment and renewal processes 1.3. Responsible for periodical payroll and statutory payment activities 1.4. To provide guidance, counseling, and motivation to employees when necessary 1.5. To do exit interview for resigned employees 1.6. Responsible to periodical check and review any revision of employment acts and update to Management if any needs to revise current policies 1.7. Responsible in company securities activities such as security company appointment and CCTV installation 1.8. Responsible for local employees’ transport arrangement 1.9. Responsible for update employees’ leaves activities 1.10. To arrange for foreign workers accommodation and transportation if needs 1.11. Person in charge for statutory departments reports submissions (Socso, EPF, LHDN & HRDF). 1.12. To ensure all payments related documents submit to Account department in timely and promptly 1.13.Responsible to segregate all type wastes into general waste, recyclable waste, and scheduled wastes, and dispose it accordingly to type of waste containers / bins provided. 1.13. Any specific task that related to Human Resource transactions 1.14. Others task that assigned by immediate superior when required. Minimum Requirements 4.1. Education level: minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s degree and equivalent 4.2. Working Experience: minimum 2 years working experience in similar field/position 4.3. Special Skill: Independent, Analytical Mind, Honest, Integrity, Willingness to work under pressure and beyond working hours 4.4. Special Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Payroll system. 4.5. Others: Good Interpersonal Communication skills to deals with people at all levels.
