- Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees
- Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and PCB
- Responsible for recruitment and interviews, selecting outstanding talents.
- Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities
- To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination;
- Handle other office administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations.
- Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay(both spoken and written)
- Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
- At least 3 years of Human Resource Management or related experience
- Have knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
- Perform responsibilities without supervision
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
