Logistic Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Logistics Coordination: Plan, implement, and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. • Transportation Management: Organize and coordinate transportation for the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations. • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, etc.) to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics operations. • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, couriers, freight forwarders, and other third-party service providers. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track goods in transit, and ensure that inventory is received and stored according to company policies. • Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time, coordinating closely with warehouses and customers. • Shipping Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documents, including delivery orders, invoices, and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the transportation and storage of goods and implement strategies to mitigate those risks. • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report key logistics metrics such as delivery performance, transportation costs, and inventory levels. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Problem-Solving: Handle any logistical challenges or disruptions, including delays, damage to goods, or issues with suppliers or transporters. • Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
