Finance Manager @ Kepong @ Retail Franchise with 15k salary

Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing and controlling all finance related operations of the company. - Preparing cash flow reports, conducting financial analysis and preparing periodic financial reports of the company; - Prepare, compute, manage, research and analyse all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business; - Responsible for maximizing the return on investment with minimal costs by establishing and maintaining effective procurement, recommending proper amendment for financial policies and procedures; - Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the company; - Provide leadership and coaching to lead, develop and strengthen the internal control of the company; - Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements, cash flow, tax reports, payroll and etc. Manage, review, analyse and coordinate the submission of the monthly reports to the stakeholders of the company; - Ensure the sound financial performance of the company with the introduction of internal control policies, better cash flow management, AR collections, cost control, supply chain and inventory management, etc: - Prepare, assist and review the preparation of the company’s annual business plans, budget; - To assist in tax planning and financing strategies of the company; - To work with auditors, banks, tax authority and other regulators and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the company; - Handle all related corporate tax matters. - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. - Additional controllers’ duties as necessary. Who are we looking for? - Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional certification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA - At least 8 years working experiences and above in Finance Management - Candidates with a background in retail are preferred - Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem-solving skill, excellent communication skill - Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skill - Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software - Ability to start immediately or with short notice period would be preferred
