Qualification and Experience: - 5-10 years of experience selling S/W solution /products / IT-enabled solutions with more than 3-4 years of software solutions sales experience in the Insurance vertical. Skill Set Required: • Strong track record of selling high-ticket, value-based software solutions. • Extensive sales hunting experience with proven experience in executing lead generation strategies in liaison with internal teams for demand generation. • Proven experience of at least 3-4 years in selling enterprise software solutions to insurance providers. • Proven ability to forge consultative relationships with senior decision-makers at end customers. • Ability to penetrate new logos and accounts. • Go-getter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. • A network of existing contacts in the banking sector at the C-level is desired. • Strong business acumen and knowledge of technology industry trends. • Ability to work collaboratively across various internal departments within Newgen. • Strategic planning and market plan execution skills, including competition and market analysis. Key Responsibilities • Work as individual contributor and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in new accounts . • Identify, connect, and build relationships with key decision makers at C-Level. • Revenue Generation from New Accounts. • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in Insurance vertical. • Positioning of Company’s products and solutions. • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with new client acquisitions and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. • Responsible for articulating and communicating a compelling value proposition for Insurance segment. • Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
