JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting Provide administrative support and act as a point of contact for employees Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Collaborate with the management team to identify and address HR and accounting-related challenges JOB REQUIREMENTS : At least Bachelor's Degree qualification in Human Resources, Accounting or a related field At least min 3 years of experience in a similar HR and accounts role preferably background in food and beverage industry (Restaurant & hotel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR and accounting software A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
