  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. System Deployment & Configuration:  Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, network equipment, digital signage systems, and interactive technologies.  Deploy and configure Led Display, interactive smartboard, digital signage and similar solutions for clients. 2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:  Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and external stakeholders.  Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve system failures effectively. 3. Network Management:  Monitor and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.  Configure firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures. 4. Project Implementation:  Collaborate with the project team to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.  Document processes and provide training to clients for seamless adoption of solutions. 5. Research & Development:  Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry standards.  Evaluate and recommend upgrades or new tools to enhance operational efficiency. 6. Compliance & Documentation:  Ensure IT systems comply with company and industry standards.  Maintain accurate documentation for all installations, configurations, and updates. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. 2. At least a minimum of 1-year working experience in the similar position. 3. Technical Skills: proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols. 4. Experience with digital signage, interactive technologies, or similar solutions is a plus. 5. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools. 6. Soft Skills: strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Certifications (preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications.
