M&E ENGINEER

Job Descriptions:- ∙ Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programmed. ∙ Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters ∙ Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines ∙ Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction ∙ Supervise day-to-day site works ∙ Handle the project supervision and documentation ∙ Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress ∙ Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team ∙ Attend progress/site/MEP meeting ∙ Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations ∙ Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget ∙ Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with. Job Requirements:- ∙ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical. ∙ Working experience in local consultancy risk. ∙ Prefer 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position ∙ Willing to learn and work under pressure ∙ Team player with good working attitude ∙ Knowledge in Microsoft Office & AutoCad.
