Leadership & Team Management: 1.Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals. 2.Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and ensure their achievement. 3.Foster a high-performance culture within the team through coaching and performance feedback. IT Project Collaboration: 1.Work closely with technical teams to understand the scope, timelines, and deliverables of IT projects. 2.Serve as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables. 3.Stay updated on emerging IT trends, technologies, and solutions to guide sales efforts effectively. Qualifications & Requirements 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred. 2.Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years focusing on IT projects. 3.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in IT-related industries. 4.Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging trends (e.g., cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, etc.). 5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 6.Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
