- Oversee job files generated by sales team and make sure service meets customer’s expectations.
- Work closely with sales team in order to get clear understanding of traffic.
- Liaise directly with overseas agents for pricing and shipments arrangement.
- Within On Time network must use own offices.
- Outside On Time network agent’s selection to be confirmed by Management (MR / LM)
- Monitor shipments through SMARTSHEET until job is closed.
- Provide related instructions to overseas agent + On Time MY operations; make sure such instructions are being applied.
- IMPORT: receive pre-alert, make sure they are in order, revise with agent if necessary, then pass to operation for handling with instructions + buying + selling
- EXPORT SEA: place booking to shipping lines / consolidator and pass the job to operations for handling with instructions + buying + selling
- EXPORT AIR: place instructions to operations for booking & with instructions + buying + selling
- Quotation from local vendors (carriers, haulage, warehouse, etc…): contact directly vendors for quotations. Vendor’s selection coming from Management (LM + MR).
- Responsible to quote to customer if sales in charge requests to do so.
- Meet customer if requested by sales in charge
- Assist sales in farming / developing accounts.
- When out of office set up auto reply with contact details of back up.
- Undertake ad-hoc task assigned.
- Submit all reports as requested by HQ / management within the dead line.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma holder in Logistics Management or related
- Fresh graduate also welcome apply
- Required language(s): Mandarin (Advantage), English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service of air and sea freight
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and oversee job files generated by the sales team
- Proficiency in reporting to submit accurate reports on time as requested by HQ/management
