MPC Executive (Planner)

Responsibilities • Working cohesively with the entire Team to provide effective support to meet the organization’s objective. • Responsible to monitor Inventory on a daily basis to ensure no shortages for production to ensure continue productivity. • Coordinates schedule of activities with customer on planning, scheduling, shipping and material acquisition. • Conducts special studies, investigations and analyses relating to the introduction of new products or processes to effect cost reduction and yield improvements. • To manage material JIT delivery and prevent line down. • Strategize and direct the overall master planning of production activities considering capacity constraints such as equipment, manpower, raw materials to meet sales forecast and/or customers’ orders while meeting standards of safety and quality. • Identify challenges and opportunities, perform root cause analysis on variances and recommend improvement plans • Manage the entire production scheduling at the plant encompassing optimal workforce utilisation taking into consideration the cost benefit of overtime cost against the production targets that has been set. • Continuously review, monitor & analyse customer requirements, planning and actual production in order to achieve customer’s satisfaction. • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. • Ensuring the achievement of production targets. • Plan the master production schedule in accordance with customers purchase orders demand. • Assist in organizing Daily Operation Meeting to identify daily bottleneck and corrective action to achieve production daily target. • To work with the production and QA teams closely to monitor and manage the production plan vs actual plan. • Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by superior or management as and when required.
