Finance Officer
The position will report to the Finance & Operations Manager (FOM).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the FOM in day-to-day finance operations
· Processing of receivables on a daily basis and payables on a weekly basis
· Follow-up on outstanding issues with donors and vendors
· Work with the FOM to support the needs of other departments within the organisation
· Assist with daily office administration
· Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned occasionally as and when required
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
· Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
· Computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Honest, transparent, and can work with integrity
· Detailed and task-oriented
· Positive work attitude and ability to handle work pressure to meet datelines
· Good team player
