The role is a blend of technical and managerial expertise to position the company at the forefront of the proptech sector. Technical: •Roadmap: Establish an innovative roadmap for the development and integration of the products to ensure sustainability. •Market Analysis: Stay updated on trends in real estate, technology and regulatory changes, and adapting them into the business strategy accordingly to remain relevant and competitive. Identify and manage risks related to technology, legal compliance, and market changes, ensuring business continuity. •Cross-Selling: Run the business as part of a bigger Kiple brand and cross-selling the products especially with payments. Managerial: •Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s short and long-term vision, mission, and growth strategies in the property technology sector. •Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive expansion and profitability. Build the brand and increase customer’s engagement. •Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure the company remains financially healthy and profitable. •Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring the organization has the talent to innovate and grow. Job Requirements The candidate must possess managerial skills with keen focus on managing financials and budgetary. An understanding of proptech or payment business is ideal. •Innovative, creative and committed to bring changes in approaches, current modus operandi and organizational structure. •Those with similar working experience would have an advantage, but not necessary. •Engage and build strong relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and enhance their experience with our products/services. •Collaborate with industry players to stay updated on market trends, explore partnership opportunities, and enhance the company’s positioning in the industry.
