  • Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, ledger management, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong command of the Mandarin language (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local and international clients. Ability to speak in English will be added as advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Attention to Detail and accuracy in work.
