- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, ledger management, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong command of the Mandarin language (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local and international clients. Ability to speak in English will be added as advantage.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Attention to Detail and accuracy in work.
