Operational Management: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operations team to ensure efficient workflow. • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with, quality, and productivity standards. • Identify the gap and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the continuous improvement of processes. • Oversee inventory control, resource allocation, and the maintenance of equipment. • Customer relationship management. 2. Team Leadership: • Lead, mentor, and develop a customer service. • Set performance goals for the team, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback. • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability. • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations to improve service delivery. 3. Performance Analysis & Reporting: • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including metrics on productivity, quality. • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure the achievement of targets. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional operations. • Lead or participate in projects focused on process optimization, automation, and cost savings. Qualifications & Requirements:- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). • Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi & English. • Minimum 3 years in team Leader roles. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word • Detail-oriented, excellent analytical and numerical skills. • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision. • Ability to evaluate and enhance operational procedures. • Excellent people management and organizational skills. • The training will be conducted in English. .
