Production Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime. • Material Coordination: Work with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and components needed for production, preventing any disruptions. • Capacity Planning: Monitor production capacity and resource availability, adjusting schedules as needed to meet production goals and timelines. • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production without overstocking or understocking. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth material flow. • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure efficient production planning and operations. • Monitoring & Reporting: Track production progress against the schedule and provide regular reports on production efficiency, delays, and bottlenecks. • Production Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output. • Problem-Solving: Address production issues, such as delays or shortages, and find solutions to ensure continuous flow and on-time delivery. • Forecasting & Planning: Work with sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand and adjust production plans accordingly. • Compliance: Ensure all production activities are in line with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
