Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management - Plan, Create & manage content for all social media platform (facebook, instagram, tiktok, threads, telegram etc) - Develop and maintain content calendar of engaging campaign to ensure consistent posting and products/services promotion on all social media platforms - Respond to comment, messages, reviews and general inquiries from followers - Analyze social media analytics and generate assesment report accordingly - Stay updated to all social media trends to creat relevant and engaging content 2. Design - Create visual content such as graphic posters and social media short videos using design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut etc) - Produce creative content and ensure all design adhere to company guidelines, marketing strategies and current trends - Propose visual ideas for new campaigns or promotions Requirements * Graduates with a diploma or degree in Tourism, Communications, Business, or a related field with 1-2 years of proven experience * Proficiency in graphic design & video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut) * Strong writing and creative content skills for social media, video scripts, and online platforms. * Familiarity with digital marketing and analytic tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok, and Instagram. * A portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and past campaigns * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills. * Sensitive towards current trend and familiar with digital industry. * Eager to learn and willing to explore every available opportunity or resources to develop.
