Administrative Support: -Process payments and handle refunds or cancellations when needed. -Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to bookings and travel inquiries. -Handle administrative tasks like filing and organizing client information. 8. Market Research and Trend Monitoring: -Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel promotions. -Monitor competitor offers and adjust sales strategies accordingly. 9. Collaboration with Suppliers: -Work with airlines, hotel chains, and other travel service providers to ensure the best rates and services for clients. -Negotiate pricing, packages, and terms with vendors. 10. Administrative Compliance: -Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., health and safety guidelines, insurance requirements). -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and bookings.
