• Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns that cover corporate communications (internal and external) . Develop and execute a global marketing strategic plan, partnering with product line management, corporate and regional marketing, IT/Digital and commercial teams in each region. This plan should align with and support the broader company strategic plan and growth initiatives. • Develop and monitor campaign budgets. • Design, build and maintain our social media presence. • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights. • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to create landing pages and optimise user experience. • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. • Train, manage, supervise and provide leadership do subordinate REQUIREMENT: -Leadership experience in a B2B marketing role. -Excellent leadership skills and ability to set direction and develop the team. -Strategic mindset and high business acumen. -High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to build relationships and trust across the organisation. -Ability to drive change and engagement. -Good knowledge and understanding of digital systems and tools such as CRM, SEO, Marketing Automation, and digital analytics. -GOOD PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH/ARABIC -Minimum 2 Years experience
