Providing support to Section Head and Team Leader in daily matters. · Undertaking cost analysis for Change Management, i.e. to review and comment on COs, Valuation of Variation Orders (VO) and Valuation of Provisional Sums and Supplementary Agreements (SA), etc. · Facilitating the preparation of memos, cost summary and supporting documents for claims. · Analyzing project claims, i.e. EOT and other contractual claims. · Cost monitoring, i.e. to review overall, update and report COs, VOs and Claims periodically. · Preparing Payment Certificates · Review/verification all Post Contract works from VOs, COs to Final Accounts. · Attending meetings related to progress payments, variations, claims and Final Accounts · Supporting and assisting the Section Head and Department Head in achieving departmental objectives and growth. · Contributing in developing of Standard Operation Procedures for Contract and Cost Management Department. · Establishing Contract Cost Analysis and cost database for future reference. · Supporting and assisting in ad-hoc tasks, as and when required. · Assisting project teams in Pre and Post Contract Works, as and when required. · Understanding and be committed to the company mission, values, goals and department charter. · Representing the company in supporting all internal and external stakeholders in matters related to Contract and Cost Management.
