Responsibility & Authority: • Provide armed security services to designated clients, facilities, or properties, deterring criminal activity, and protecting against unauthorized access, theft, or violence. • Monitor and control access to client premise or restricted areas, verifying credentials, conducting security checks, and enforcing access policies to maintain a secure environment. • Conduct patrols and surveillance of assigned areas, identifying and addressing potential security threats or risk, and taking appropriate action to mitigate them. • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or de-escalation techniques to resolve situations while ensuring the safety of personnel and property. • Demonstrate proficiency in the handling, use, and maintenance of firearms and other security equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations at all times. • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, security team members, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate activities, exchange information, and implement security measures as required. • Prepare accurate and detailed reports of security incidents, activities, and observations, documenting relevant information for follow-up, investigation, and regulatory compliance. • Conduct ad-hoc duties when required • Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
