  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role : Compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation. Construction planning and liaising with clients, building and facility contractors. Duties : Submission of an optimum tender programme which can meet the client’s requirements /provision of a workable and cost effective Baseline / Master Programme. Involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing & commissioning. Input the activity information into a project scheduling software and use an iterative process of time analysis to obtain an optimum time schedule. Calculate / Estimate the duration of each major construction activity and the resource requirements. Determine the optimum sequence of the activities. Ad hoc duties as determined by management. Requirement : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction. Minimum years of experience: 2 - 3 years. Experience in construction planning with building related facility Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients.
