Job Summary The Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the A-Care Concept Store, ensuring smooth functioning across two shifts, achieving sales and customer service goals, and maintaining a well-trained and motivated team. The Supervisor will lead a team of Customer Experience Officers and ensure the store delivers an exceptional experience to all visitors reporting directly to the Facility Management Team. Key Responsibilities Operational Management - Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with operational policies. - Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is prepared for business daily. -Monitor staff performance across both shifts and address any operational challenges. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including sales and inventory updates. Staff Management - Supervise and schedule Customer Experience Officers across two shifts: - Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (half-hour break). - Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (half-hour break). - Ensure adequate staff coverage during operating hours, including seamless handovers between shifts. - Conduct regular training sessions to improve team efficiency and product knowledge. Customer Engagement - Provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. - Promote the store’s offerings, including product demonstrations and special promotions. Inventory and Merchandising - Manage stock levels, ensuring availability of products for sale. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to replenish inventory as needed. - Oversee visual merchandising to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with branding guidelines. Compliance and Reporting - Ensure adherence to PRP policies, safety standards, and financial controls. - Conduct regular audits of cash handling, sales, and inventory management processes. - Submit operational and sales reports to management on a timely basis. Qualifications and Experience - Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with supervisory experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations. Skills - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and shifts, as required. Shift and Operational Notes - Shift Coverage: Supervisor and Customer Experience Officers will be scheduled across the two shifts to ensure complete coverage of store operations. - Break Times: Both shifts include a half-hour break. Staff are expected to coordinate shifts to ensure seamless handovers. - Store Hours: The store operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. - Store Location: The store is located at Menara PERKESO Putrajaya MINIMUM SALARY RM2,200
