- Manage the company's full set of accounts, including daily accounting tasks, financial report preparation, and account reconciliation.
- Handle payroll, attendance, employee benefits, and personnel records.
- Manage HR-related matters such as recruitment, onboarding training, and employee performance evaluation.
- Use AutoCount and SQL accounting systems for financial data entry and report analysis.
- Assist in the company’s annual audit and tax filing processes.
- Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Education requirement: Diploma or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.
- Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting and human resources.
- Proficient in using AutoCount and SQL accounting systems (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and HR management processes.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong professional ethics.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
