  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The CIS GRC (Information Technology Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) team operates within the broader department. Our focus encompasses various aspects, including technical risk assessment, data governance, in-house system of best security practices, and the implementation of security controls to counter vulnerabilities and threats.

About the Role:

  • As an Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team. Your role will involve learning and collaborating across different domains, working alongside team members on various tasks. You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, exploring different security fields, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance projects.
  • Innovate by automating tasks for improved efficiency.
  • Participate in audit programs, testing internal controls’ effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with Agoda’s policies and industry regulations.
  • Support the implementation of IT Audit, Standard, Policy, Compliance, and Risk controls.
  • Engage in developing internal security awareness programs.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams within the security team.
  • Assist in virtual security assessments, including site inspections and access control evaluations.
  • Support crisis management activities, including response plan development and simulation exercises.

Requirements:

  • Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or any related fields
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment
  • Passion for automating, auditing, and testing
  • Team player mindset
  • Analytical thinking skills with strong organization and attention to detail.
