Human Resource Assistant (HR Assistant)
Job description
1. To involve in recruitment processes.
2. To liaise with relevant government agencies such as SOCSO, labour office, local municipal council, KWSP and other private corporations pertaining to employees and building administration matters.
3. To be involved in preparation of human resources data, presentations and reports.
4. To participate in continual improvement plans including create, review and implement new company policy, handbook, review and updating standard operating procedures manual, job description and ISO processes.
5. To ensure all queries pertaining to human resources and admin works are accurately and appropriately monitored and resolved.
6. To carry out other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
-Required language Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-PC literate (MS Excel & Word)
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Excellent oral and written communication.
-Accurate worker with attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
