  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in creating, leading, and executing the company's sustainability strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  2. Identify opportunities for sustainability initiatives and evaluate their feasibility.
  3. Assist in the establishment and enforcement of sustainability policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  4. Support the Department in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations and standards.
  5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and community partners, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives.
  6. Conduct assessments to measure and analyze the environmental impact of company operations as well identify areas for improvement and assist the relevant Departments to implement corrective actions.
  7. Oversee initiatives to reduce resource consumption, including energy, water, and raw materials.
  8. Implement strategies for waste reduction and recycling.
  9. Evaluate and implement renewable energy solutions and green technologies to minimize the organization's carbon footprint.
  10. Prepare sustainability reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to track progress towards sustainability goals.
  11. Assist the Department in preparing materials for regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.
  12. Develop and execute training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees about sustainability practices and encourage their participation.
  13. Collaborate and establish partnership with external organizations, NGOs, and industry groups to stay current on sustainability trends and best practices which align with the company's sustainability goals.
  14. Assist in the evaluation of the financial implications of sustainability initiatives and manage budgets allocated for sustainability projects.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering, Sustainability, Environment, Communications or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sustainability management or related roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, industry standards, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI Reporting, ISO 14001).
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on sustainability metrics.
  6. Must be willing to work at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang
