Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Relations:
· Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
· Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
2. Government Relations:
· Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and officials.
· Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
· Represent the company in government meetings and industry events.
· Assist in the preparation of government-related documentation and proposals.
3. Social Media Management:
· Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including Facebook and Instagram.
· Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
· Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
4. Sales Analysis and Reporting:
· Analyze sales trends and market data to identify growth opportunities.
· Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to management.
· Use data to inform and improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and government officials.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
