Requirements
Core Skills :-
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing Distributors' Market Representatives to achieve sales target.
- Organise and coordinate the activities of Distributors' Market Representatives to ensure satisfactory level of service to outlets.
- Organise & conduct market visits / route rides for market place opportunities
Academic :-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration/Management.
- Experience: 3 years of working experience in sales.
- IT Literacy: Microsoft Office application i.e Ms Word, Ms Power Point and Ms Excel
- Personality: Initiative, willing to learn, proactive, good team player and able to work independently.
