The primary objective of the Sales & Communication Executive is to drive growth and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists and professionals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives and communication plans to effectively engage clients, partners, therapists, professionals, and internal teams.

By leveraging diverse channels and community touchpoints, the Executive will ensure consistent and impactful sharing of the organization's vision and values. This position aims to build strong connections, promote transparent communication, and identify new business opportunities to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

All Marketing & Business Development personnel will:

Administrative:

  1. Identifying, meeting, and establishing partnerships with new corporate clients, strategic collaborators, and referral partners.
  2. Managing client relationships through effective follow-up, case management, and participation in promotional events.
  3. Contributing to the development of growth strategies for current and future markets.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and educating referral sources and the public about our comprehensive range of services.
  5. Gathering and presenting accurate market information and analysis to the Marketing & Business Development team.
  6. Identifying new market opportunities, fostering relationships, and supporting negotiations.
  7. Participating in planning and executing hospital events, conferences, launches, health talks, and continuous medical education programs.
  8. Meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  9. Engaging in administrative meetings to support organizational goals.
  10. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of marketing and expense reports.
  11. Supports Marketing & Business Development through educational programs, tours, or meetings in assigned facilities.
  12. Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager – Marketing & Business Development.

Sales:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and therapist professionals.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
  4. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and therapist professionals.
  5. Upselling referrals and generating conversion via roadshows, engagements, product presentation session, seminars, talks, community activities and any other related programs

Strategic Communication:

  1. Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage stakeholders, including therapist professionals.
  2. Ensure consistent and impactful sharing of the organization’s vision and values through various forms of digital and printed media.
  3. Coordinate and manage communication campaigns and initiatives.

Product Specialist Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and services.
  2. Provide expertise and support to clients and professionals on product usage and benefits.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products meet the needs of clients and professionals.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and professionals.

Quality Assurance Program:

  1. Responsible for communicating quality outcomes to referral sources.
  2. Responsible for participating in quality auditing programs as assigned or obtaining feedback from referral sources regarding IHT’s quality.

Training:

  1. Actively pursues opportunities to learn about rehabilitation related diagnoses, services and technology both within IHT and externally.

Service Delivery:

  1. Displays exemplary patient/customer service and thereby retains accounts and referral sources.
