Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement development programs for healthcare staff.
- Organize leadership and soft skills training in collaboration with HQ.
- Monitor and track training effectiveness through performance improvements.
Office Administration & HR Operations
- Oversee daily office administration, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper documentation, HRIS data accuracy, and staff records management.
- Implement HR digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency.
Ad Hoc Assignment or Company Events or Activities
- Effective Event Planning and Execution
- Ensure company events, activities, and ad hoc assignments are well-planned, organized, and align with company goal.
- Employee Engagement and Participation. Enhance employee engagement by encouraging participation and creating an inclusive environment in events and activities.
- Budget Management and Cost Efficiency. Manage event budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Timely Delivery of Ad Hoc Assignments. Complete ad hoc assignments within agreed timelines, ensuring quality and adherence to objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR or payroll certifications (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management certification).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration. At least 3 years of HR experience in the healthcare, hospital, or medical industry is preferred.
- Proven experience handling talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience in dealing with healthcare regulatory bodies and ensuring HR compliance with healthcare laws.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s statutory regulations related to payroll, tax laws, and employee benefits. Experience in preparing for and handling payroll audits and compliance checks.
- HR generalist or assistant manager role with exposure to various HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Willing to travel to all Healthcare division for HRA matters.
