  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Join our innovative team as Senior & Specialist Mechanical Design Engineer and be part of cutting-edge projects in mechanical design engineering for automation systems. For Specialist candidates (6+ years of experiences), we will offer a higher salary package based on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design machines and modules based on customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
  • Engage with customers in technical discussions to understand design requirements, specifications, and address any concerns or queries.
  • Develop proposals and cost estimates for RFQs.
  • Perform component sizing, calculations, and selection to optimize performance and meet design criteria.
  • Implement DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) processes to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), HWL (Hardware List), pneumatic diagrams, and manuals to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Participate in machine installation, alignment, troubleshooting, and buy-off processes.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to assembly and service teams to support troubleshooting efforts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead projects to ensure timely progress according to established timelines, coordinating efforts across teams and departments to meet project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experiences in automation design with knowledge of tooling/die set designing as added advantage:
    • Specialist candidates : Minimum of 6-7 years of experiences
    • Senior candidates : Minimum of 3 years experiences
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, modeling, and testing complex mechanical components and assemblies, as well as knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Positive attitude, strong team player, and effective time management skills.
