- To support the Regional Operations team.
- Lead the implementation of a new ERP system and participate in the analysis and evaluation of Production, Logistics and Quality processes.
- To propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Train team members in the use of the ERP.
- Provide support when needed in Operations processes to other subsidiaries in the region.
Job requirement, skill & qualification
- 1 or 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing related role.
- Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
- Good communication skills. Fluent in English.
- Understanding basics of Production, Logistics and Quality Control practices.
- Experience in working with other subsidiaries/multinational companies is an added advantage.
- Adaptive and willing to work in cross-functional departments if needed.
- Willing to work at the production floor and challenging environments if required.
- Good problem-solving skills – demonstrated through previous projects done in their present role.
- Has some knowledge in production process standardization and optimization techniques.
- Ability to present information confidently to management and public groups.
- Any sort of training done at their present role – 7QC tools, lean manufacturing, 6sigma, quality management is an added advantage.
- Computer literate. Proficient in Excel. Other softwares such as Autocad, Soliworks, Minitab, etc are an added advantage.
- Willing to travel internationally anytime of the year.
