  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll be doing?

  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand their unique recruitment needs and provide tailored support.
  • Strategic talent sourcing: Develop and implement innovative strategies to build talent pipelines and execute targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Employer branding: Manage job advertisements across various social media platforms and job portals to attract top talent.
  • Relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey and beyond.
  • Reporting and analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • HR project support: Contribute to various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Who are they looking for?

  • Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent field.
  • Relevant experience: At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both agency and in-house recruiting.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with Construction, Building, Engineering, or Agriculture sectors is a plus.
  • Recruitment expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
  • Organizational skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Team player: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude: A hands-on, positive, and driven approach to work.
  • Independence: Mature and capable of working autonomously in a high-performing environment.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage for engaging with diverse candidate pools.
