Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work with project consultants and contractors from project inception to completion.
- Supervise, manage and report on the project progression, and ensure work progress of the ongoing projects in accordance to works programme, contracts and specification.
- Participate in the planning and designing stage with internal design team and project consultants.
- Participate and assess project(s) feasibility and viability study, tendering and award of projects with cost and contract department.
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within timeframe for land related matters, planning approvals, building plans and occupation permits.
- Assisting the Project Manager in preparing development programme and to monitor development milestones and progress.
- Assisting Project Manager to prepare Feasibility Study and to monitor project budget.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required.
Accountabilities:
- Preparing development programme and to monitor development progress.
- Ensure adherence to QSHE and Project Quality during project implementation.
- Ensure adherence to company SOP and good corporate governance practice.
- Coordinate with contract team for claims, variation orders and including award of contracts.
- Preparing project updates to management.

Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Project Management/Engineering (Civil) or related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the property developer industry.
- Experience in delivering projects successfully from pre-planning stage to post-construction stage is an added advantage.
