Key Responsibilities :

  • Formulate and execute business strategies to attain ales and profitability targets wile optimizing expenditure.
  • Devise actionable plans for effective international sales lead generations and prospecting.
  • Foster productive relationships with key distributors within the assigned region, while actively seeking new distributor partnerships.
  • Provide distributors with technical and marketing information, including delivering proposal presentations.
  • Oversee overall sales operations.
  • Grasp and provide insights into category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting market-specific observations.
  • Lead and guide team of sales executives.
  • Establish infrastructure and systems to bolster the sales function's success.
  • Collaborate across various business departments to drive multifunctional initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and market opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development units to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and ensure alignment with the sales team.
  • Foster pivotal strategic expansions in international markets through collaborative efforts.
  • Define timelines for generating quarterly/monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, preferably in the F&B industry and/or export market.
  • Strong interested in plant-based products.
  • Confident, vibrant and pleasant personality.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and digital communication skills (English and Mandarin required, additional languages a bonus).
  • Highly motivated individual with strong self-management, attentions to detail and proactively.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets is required for managerial consideration.
  • Willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech.
