Benithem is aggressively expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Export Marketing Executive to spearhead our sales expansion by engaging with top-tier office furniture dealers and project management firms. This role requires a highly motivated, strategic, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is willing to travel frequently to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our dealer network, targeting those selling premium brands.
- Identify and establish relationships with project management firms that handle large-scale tender projects.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending international trade fairs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Shipping teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the R&D and Marketing teams to tailor product positioning and marketing strategies for international markets.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development efforts.
- Regularly update the Managing Director on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities, including quotations, contracts, and monthly sales reports.
- Travel frequently to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and explore market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and expanding market reach.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and hungry for success.
