Job Description:
Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance and credit management? Join our dynamic team as a Credit Control Officer, where you will receive comprehensive in-house training and have the opportunity for a career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review credit applications and credit references to determine credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness.
  • Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders on credit control matters.
  • Prepare and monitor AR aging reports, escalating overdue accounts to the Manager for resolution.
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth credit management processes.
  • Assist the Manager with ad-hoc duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Good in English and 华语 both verbal and written (candidates will need to liaise with 华语 speaking stakeholders)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
