What you'll be doing?

  • Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls accurately across multiple entities, handle tax filings, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
  • HR Administration: Support various HR operations including insurance, claims, letter writing, and other essential documentation.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage your Excel proficiency to manage data, generate reports, and conduct payroll analysis.
  • Compliance: Maintain employee records, process claims, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and provide support for employee inquiries related to HR and payroll matters.

Who are they looking for?

  • Educational Background: Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Payroll Experience: Professionals with at least eight years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll software, particularly Payboy.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented individuals who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Team players with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with additional languages such as Mandarin or Tamil being advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Individuals comfortable working in a shared services model across various industries and entities.
  • Leadership: Experience in supervising junior staff is preferred.
