  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The incumbent must have previous Hospitality reservation exposure. Proficiency in Mandarin is a prerequisite.

Job Description:

  • Responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms.
  • Ensures that reservations are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs, and is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests' booking confirmations.
  • Tracks future room & tour product availability and develop forecasts for room / tour product revenue and occupancy.
  • Prepares the list of expected arrivals, assisting in pre-registration activities and processing advance reservation deposits.
  • Knowledgeable in the types of rooms each properties have, facilities of each tour product, their locations and layouts, as well as the available packages.
  • Updates the availability of rooms and tour products via distribution channels such as OTA and web booking systems, and follows all policies and procedures for compliance and quality assurance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Reservations, Hospitality Management, Tourism or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate in BM, English, and Mandarin. Mandarin essential as the target market would include China, Taiwan, Hong Kong Tour GITs, and FITs - Coordinate with our China agents.
  • At least 5 years of exposure in the related field.
  • ISO and IT literate.
