Responsibilities:

Evaluating customer’s requirements, understanding all requisites, ensure to have all the deliverables with the requestor, to provide the best in quality services to the organization.​

  • Coordinate project activities globally, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and completion.​
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to define project requirements and scope.​
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, financial guidelines and SLA adherence.​
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders through regular meetings and reports.​
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors globally, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Identify potential vendors through market research, referrals, and industry networking to meet the organization's resource needs globally.​
  • Manage the company portal for all the requirement/projects for better management.​
  • Maintain a centralized repository of SOWs and contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, version control, and accessibility for internal stakeholders.​
  • Develop and maintain project onboarding plans, outlining key milestones, tasks, and dependencies for successful project execution.​
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess vendor capabilities, evaluate project requirements, and make data-driven decisions​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders​
  • Support the Payment plan (AP) for every month, to ensure service support from the suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Services or related disciplines;
  • 1-3 years' relevant support experience
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
