DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (MELAKA ONLY)
* Have idea on marketing campaigns that incorporate both online and offline strategies, such as using social media advertisement to promote property showings.
* Use digital channels to enhance client relationships. Follow up with clients and engage them on social media to keep the lines of communication open.
* Able to analyze both online and offline market trends to better inform sales strategies, also keeping an eye on local market developments.
* Able to creating engaging social media posts or content to attract more potential buyers.
* Able to build a strong offline brand presence (business cards, signage) while ensuring that the digital brand reflects the same values through a well-designed website and cohesive social media profiles.
* Collect client testimonials and use them in both traditional marketing and digital platforms to build credibility and attract new clients.
* Candidate with real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
* Possess at least diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Communications or equivalent.
* Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
* Possess valid driving license and own transport.
* At least 1-3 year(s) working experience in digital marketing or a related area.
* Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
