HR MANAGER (MELAKA ONLY)
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Design and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
* Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
* Develop compensation structures and oversee benefits administration.
* Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, accuracy, and timely disbursement.
* Create and update HR policies related to payroll, benefits, and employee conduct.
* Manage the HR department's budget, including payroll-related expenses.
* Possess at least bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration, or equivalent.
* At least 3-5 years working experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
* Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
