Job Description:
You will be responsible for helping to manage clients in post-sale environment. Consultants work directly with our clients managing reported issues or enhancements which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, problem solving, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation and implementation.

Responsibilities
- The Senior Functional Consultant will lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and guide junior consultants.
- Be a champion/SME (Subject Matter Expert) in functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology with minimal knowledge on technical aspects.
- Possess strong understanding of Dynamics 365 & power platform stack and stay relevant with new features
- Lead technical forums and communities to share knowledge with wider group
- Design and development of domain-specific implementations; Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Identify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team; Coach other team members and help in reducing skills gaps
- Identify opportunities and work for industry specific Solution Offerings that will be market differentiator
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on business knowledge, skills and behaviour.
- Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
- Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally.
- Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered.
- Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors.
- In all activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
- Technical CRM experience or at least Techno-Functional. .Net skills: C#, ASP.Net, Typescript, React and writing JavaScript experience is a good plus.
- Modules: sales, customer service and marketing. Some experience in field services is a plus
- Power Platform experience is a good plus – Power BI, Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse
- Power Portal experience
- Dealing with clients – workshops, Proof of concepts, user training, design and user documentation, solution deployment and co-ordination and post go live support
Position Requirements:
- Degree or master’s degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or similar field.
- Strong CRM consulting experience or domain knowledge in Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Proven track records of successfully implemented at least 5 full cycle implementation projects.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in any module under D365
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain will have added advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Travelling may be required for this position, including overseas business trips. Willing to travel is desirable.
- Possessing your own transport is desirable.
