  • Defect Analysis and Resolution:

  • Company Certification and Product Certification Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., BOMBA, SIRIM , TUV, CIDB, ISO, FDA, etc.)
  • Conduct internal quality audits and prepare audit reports
  • Coordinate with external auditors during quality assessments
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product management, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
  • Communicate quality issues and risks to relevant parties effectively

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and automation tools
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading and managing a QA team
  • Quality Assurance Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality principles, standards, and best practices
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information

Technical proficiency:
