Job Responsibilities:
- Progress Billing Processing and Collection Management:
- Process progress billings and conduct follow-up collections with end financiers and purchasers.
- Promptly follow up with purchasers/end financiers regarding collections and loan disbursements.
- Closely monitor progress billings and proactively ensure timely collection.
- Regularly report to superiors any outstanding collections and follow up on actions to be taken for defaulters.
2. Loan Documentation Management and Coordination:
- Follow up on loan documentation with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers; schedule signing appointments and prepare the necessary documents.
- Liaise with an external solicitor regarding correspondences and documentation for sub-sale, refinancing, and public auction.
3. Report Preparation:
- Prepare monthly status reports, collection reports, and other reports as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or a business-related qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of credit or sales admin/credit admin experience in the property development industry is required.
