  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Key Responsibilities : -

As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acts as the primary contact with customers. Resolves customer issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.

  1. Key Duties & Responsibilities : -
  2. Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as install, troubleshooting, repair and maintain.
  3. Perform simple machinist tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, sawing, grinding and fitting works.
  4. Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, welding, electrical and carpentry maintenance tasks on equipment and plant facility.
  5. Ability to skillfully use hand and power tools, electrical test meter and material handling equipment in performing their duties.
  6. Ability to identify and detect faulty operation, defective material and report accordingly for its rectification.
  7. Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue.
  8. Provide solution and recommendation to resolve customer problems.
  9. Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction.
  10. Interact with customers technical teams.
  11. Update team manager and service scheduler on job status and follow up with customer on next course of action.
  12. Perform other duties that may be required by the superior.
  1. Job Requirements : -
  2. Possess a SPM or SPMV / Certificate / Diploma in Electric and Electrical or Mechanical it is equivalent).
  3. At least 2 years relevant working experience.
  4. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  5. Valid driver’s license.
  6. Familiar with repairing and servicing.
  7. Fresh grad is encouraged to apply
  8. Self-starter with a proactive approach
  9. Possess own transport and willing to travel
