Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve companytargets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensurehigh performance and productivity.
  • Identify new businessopportunities and establish strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive sales initiatives.
  • Ensure a seamlesscustomer experience from inquiry to post-sales service.
  • Collaborate with marketingand product teams to developpromotional campaigns and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales relatedreports i.e., forecasts, budgets for management review.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degreein Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales industry, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for the automotive industryand excellent customerrelationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
