Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve companytargets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensurehigh performance and productivity.
- Identify new businessopportunities and establish strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive sales initiatives.
- Ensure a seamlesscustomer experience from inquiry to post-sales service.
- Collaborate with marketingand product teams to developpromotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Prepare sales relatedreports i.e., forecasts, budgets for management review.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degreein Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales industry, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for the automotive industryand excellent customerrelationship management.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driving license.
